Pay-Per-View Voucher:

Reminder: Pay-Per-View Voucher applicable for a single film only.

1. First, log in to the CathayPlay website.
2. Click on the “Play Now” button of a content to purchase it.
3. Type the “Voucher Code” on the right-handed side on the pop-out window.
4. Click on “Apply”.
5. Enjoy the single film after the redemption is successful!

Subscription Voucher (For Non-Registered User):

Reminder: Subscription Voucher applicable for monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscriptions based on the conditions provided.

1. First, log in to the CathayPlay website and click on the “Register”.
2. Select your “Subscription Plan”
3. Click on “Voucher”.
4. Type the “Voucher Code”.
5. Click on “Apply”.
6. Enjoy subscription plan after the redemption is successful!

Please note: Make sure to select the corresponding subscription plan before entering the voucher code. For example, if the voucher code is for the Yearly Subscription Plan, you must select the Yearly Subscription Plan first — otherwise, the code will appear as invalid.
