Join the forefront of the cinematic landscape focused on Chinese independent films! CathayPlay.com is seeking dynamic Growth and Partnership Specialists, both full-time and interns to amplify our platform’s global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to automate the creation of compelling marketing content, including banners, videos, pictures, articles, and more.
• Forge strategic partnerships within related entities to diversify and expand our unique film offerings.
• Assess market trends and user behaviors to inform strategic plans.
• Consistently update growth metrics and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a growth or partnership role within the film domain. (For interns, relevant academic or project experience is also acceptable.)
• Full-stack capabilities, proficient in leveraging AI tools for work efficiency.
• Deep comprehension of movie promotion
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Exceptional capacity to work autonomously.
• Creative and observant, with the skill to spot promising opportunities and initiatives.
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

Specific Requirements for Interns:

• We welcome interns who can commit for a minimum of six months.
